"Greig, Steve and the Space Invaders team have been Great. The whole process was so much easier than we expected, despite having the conversion done through the winter and being at home with a small child.
We changed our minds quite a few times during the process and we really have to take our hats off to them for being so patient and understanding (Big thanks to Mark and Nick). Their total objective was that we ended up with exactly what we wanted. What really struck us that is that everyone that works for them is a total professional, the were no general builders- all of them are experts at their specific trade. When we had other quotes it was just about more space upstairs but space invaders have a real passion for design and quality too- they don't cut corners.
It was hassle free in the respect they did all the liaising with the building inspectors too. All of the guys were a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate in using them again, and would highly recommend them.

From my first meeting with Steve and Greig the directors I have had a great deal of respect for them. Steve took on my job only to find lots of problems with the drawings we already had. These problems did not faze Steve and he sorted them out for me and has left me with a new room which is all credit to him.
I admire the way Steve treats his team all of whom are competent and have worked tirelessly for me. There have been a lot of people in and out of my house for the past 12 weeks which could have proved quite stressful but I can honestly say I am sad that it is finished. I will miss them. It has been an enjoyable experience!"

Their approach was refreshingly different: no expensive sales people to try to clinch the deal, just Greig and Steve giving their advice - and how their experience showed; they suggested alterations to our plans which saved us money and improved the design!
The work started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Of course it's going to be a bit dusty and dirty – you're putting another floor on top of your house. But without the thought and consideration shown by our team it could have been much, much worse.
We've now got a fantastic master suite and the build quality is just excellent. Don't be fooled by the glossy brochures of other companies. Greig and Steve are the guys that actually build your loft and are the best around."
