As well as the directors there are a very well
established team of tradesman in their own field. As specialists
in our field, we work together with you the customer, to make sure
specific requirements are met.
With your home exactly how you want it, moving
your family can be a very stressful and costly process, which is
where Space Invaders Loft conversions come in . . .
A basic loft conversion can cost the same as the
fees of moving to a bigger property. Space Invaders cater for everyone,
from installation of the structure to the full finished product
with our interior designers furnishing and decorating your loft
for you . . .
To give you piece of mind that you’re choosing
the right company to convert your loft, we can arrange viewings
and one to one chats with our previous customers.
With Steve or Greig working on your project at
all times, we make creating your space an easy process. We detail
our work schedule with you daily so you know exactly what’s
happening at all times, including dimensions, electrical layout,
bathroom layout, floor plans and window detail.
We build your loft from the scaffold, so that
by the time we install your staircase your loft space is insulated,
plaster boarded and ready to plaster. The dusty / dirty work is
already done, allowing you to add your ideas and finishing touches
to your project.
- We work with a Guaranteed Fixed Price for the
complete job, in spite of any changes that may arise.
- All materials used are current British Standards;
we only use an NICEIC approved electrician and a Corgi (Gas Safe)
Registered plumber.
- We handle all aspects planning consent, lawful
development and building regulations.
- We are very aware that we are working in your
home, laying dust-sheets where necessary and allocating time at
the end of each day to clean and hoover up after ourselves.
Space Invaders Limited has two teams, each consisting
of two plasterers, three roofers, an electrician and two plumbers.
Each team is overseen by one of the directors, Greig Hills or Steve
Wiseman.
